摘要:作为素质教育的重要内容,“减负”一直都受到社会的关注。然而,措施的背后效果却不近如人意,课外辅导遍布各地,其形式多样,学生并没有从根本上得到解放,反而变本加厉。通过实地的调查访谈得到,在物理学科上,很多中学生非自主地参加了校外物理辅导班,效果也并不理想,甚至在某些教学内容上课外辅导还与学校教育内容有出入,这反而给课堂教育带来了负面影响。这些问题都需要我们的关注与解决。
本文主要从课外辅导方式,特点,意义展开,并详细举例分析初中生物理课外辅导的现状,存在的问题,预期从学生自身发展等各方面呼吁人们理性辩证地对待课外辅导,从而减轻学生学习负担,改善教学质量,提高教学效果。

Abstract:As an important part of quality education, the "burden" has been subject to social concern. However, the effect of measures were not nearly satisfactory tutoring across the country, its various forms, students are not fundamentally been liberated, but intensified. Through field survey interviews, on the physical sciences, there is a lot of high school students of non-autonomously participate in school physical remedial classes, the effect is not ideal, and even differ in some of the teaching content and the content of school education, which contrary to classroom education had a negative impact. These issues require our attention and resolve.
