ABSTRACT:This is one of the famous novels had written by Virginia Woolf, named To the Lighthouse that reflected the feminine consciousness. In this novel, Woolf portrays two female characters--- Mrs. Ramsay and Lily Briscoe, who respectively represent “an Angel in the House” and an Independent new woman. They have reflected female’s difficulties and toughness during they seek their rights or individual liberation in Woolf’s age. This thesis explores main idea is discuss the feminine consciousness from To the Lighthouse by analyzing two heroines of the novel.

摘 要:《到灯塔去》是弗吉尼亚.伍尔夫最优秀的表现其女性意识的作品之一。在这部小说中弗吉尼亚伍尔夫通过对分别代表“房间里的天使”和“独立的自由女性”的拉母齐夫人和莉丽.布里斯科两位女主人公的塑造，反映了与她同时代的女性在寻求自我与个性解放历程中的艰苦与困难；本文也正是通过两位女主人公来探讨小说中的女性意识。
