摘要:随着市场经济的发展，以质量为核心的非价格竞争越来越占有重要的地位，工程质量的好坏，将直接严重影响着建设企业的发展。因此，针对目前建筑工程质量控制的现状，结合灌西项目，研究该项目的质量控制具体情况，最终得出相关结论。从影响工程质量的五个方面，即人的因素、材料的因素、机械的因素、程序的因素以及环境的因素进行了分析，并提出了建立施工阶段质量控制体系。针对该项目的施工过程中质量控制所存在的问题，进行原因分析并提出相关解决对策。其中心任务是通过建立健全有效的质量控制体系来确保工程质量达到合同规定的标准和要求。

Abstract:With the development of market economy, non-price competition, as the core of quality,occupies an important position. The quality of the project is good or bad which will influence the development of construction enterprises directly .Therefore,In light of the present condition of the construction project quality control, combined with Guanxi project, the specific situation of the research of the project quality control, final draw relevant conclusions. From five aspects affecting the quality of engineering, namely, human factors, material factors, mechanical factors and program factors and environment factors was analyzed, and puts forward the construction phase quality control system is established. For the project construction process quality control, the problem existing in reason analysis and put forward relevant countermeasures. The effectiveness of the quality management of the construction phase is related to the final quality of the whole project to a large extent. it's central task is to establish a sound and effective quality control system to ensure the quality of the project to achieve the standards and requirements stipulated in the contract.

工程项目施工阶段所进行的质量控制是整个工程项目全过程质量控制的最为重要的环节，同时施工阶段的质量控制也是施工项目工程建设能否成功的关键点。建设项目施工阶段所进行质量控制其有效性，决定了整个工程项目的最终质量能否达到国家规范和业主的要求，整个工程项目能否顺利完成也深受其影响。施工企业针对工程项目的施工必须采取相应的的质量控制手段，以期能够保证工程项目拥有过硬的工程质量从而能够得到合理的经济效益。施工阶段所进行的质量控制是实现企业质量、投资、进度三大控制目标的重点。工程项目施工阶段所进行的质量控制决定了整个工程项目的工程质量优劣。他的中心任务是通过建立健全有效的质量监督体系来保证项目质量达到规定的标准。因此，就我国建筑工程质量控制的现状，要改变工程项目事故多发这样一种情况，就要采取相应的措施来加强施工阶段所必须的质量控制工作，从而提高工程项目的整体质量。
要加强建筑企业在市场中的综合竞争力，就必须要重视其施工项目质量控制。目前，国内市场以及用户心理都发生了很大的变化，顾客已不仅仅热爱价格低廉，而是已经步入追求多层次、高档次的消费市场。正是因为这一改变的发生，生产企业已经被推向了供销市场，也就促成了更为激烈的质量竞争。质量变成了所有人共同关注的话题。这种关心程度越强，对质量认可的水平就会越高，企业对质量的投入就会增大。质量控制在相当时期内是企业发展的生命。
