摘要:当今社会,企业竞争的核心已聚焦于人才的竞争,拥有人才的数量和质量是企业在日趋激烈的竞争中取胜的关键,而在企业的人力资源管理中,招聘是获取人才的重要渠道,其效果好坏将严重影响到中小企业的生存与发展。因此,企业招聘工作的重要性越发突出。近年来,由于各方面原因,中小企业招聘工作中普遍存在人才招聘困难、人员流动过于频繁、招聘效率不高等问题,严重制约了中小企业的进一步发展和壮大。本文通过对以A公司为代表的中小企业招聘效果进行评价,深入挖掘影响招聘有效性的内外部因素,并针对招聘效果评价发现的问题和招聘有效性的影响因素,为提高中小企业的招聘有效性提出改进对策:树立正确的人力资源管理观念;完善企业人力资源管理的基础工作;完善招聘管理体系;注重企业社会形象建立,宣传企业文化;加大政府对中小企业招聘工作的支持力度。

Abstract:In today’s society, the core of enterprise competition has focused on the talent competition, the quantity and quality of talented people is the key to win in the fierce competition. However, recruitment is the important channel for the obtaining of human resource in a company’s human resource management, the effect is good or bad will seriously affect the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, the importance of enterprise’s recruitment will be more and more prominent. In recent years, due to various reasons, small and medium-sized enterprise recruitment commonly existing in personnel recruitment difficulties, high personnel flow rate, not advanced recruitment efficiency, which has seriously restricted the development and expanding of small and medium-sized enterprises. This article will evaluate the recruitment effectiveness of Corporation A, as the representative of the small and medium enterprise, in-depth find the internal and external factors which influence the recruitment effectiveness, and finally put forward some countermeasures to improve the recruitment effectiveness in the basis of the questions from the evaluation of recruitment effectiveness and the internal and external factors: establishing a correct concept of human resource management; improving the human resources management fundamental work; improving the recruitment management system; paying attention to building enterprise social image and the promotion of enterprise culture; increasing the government’s support to the recruitment of small and medium-sized enterprises.
