摘要:越来越多的人选择网络购物，但是物流配送却跟不上网络销售的发展步伐，提高物流服务质量则会增加物流成本。本文以“凡客诚品”为例，研究如何做到既能提高物流服务质量，同时也能控制一定的物流成本。本文通过分析凡客诚品的物流配送现状，利用问题调查统计和函数模型等方法研究凡客物流配送服务存在的问题，并得到优化方案，该优化方案既提高了凡客物流配送服务质量，又控制了一定的物流成本。

Abstract:More and more people select online shopping, logistics and distribution, but not keep up with the pace of development of network sales, and improve the quality of logistics services will increase the logistics cost.As vancl for example, how to do both to improve the quality of logistics services, but also to control logistics costs. 本文以凡客诚品为例，研究其在物流上存在的配送服务质量和物流成本高两方面问题，通过问题统计和函数模型分析、矛盾分析法等研究方法得到优化方案，该优化方案既使物流配送服务质量得到保证，也控制了一定的物流成本。
由于个人精力有限，对该课题研究也是有限，关于凡客的自建物流子公司的基础设施建设成本这一块在本文中并没有深入探讨，对于这一问题可以通过数据统计分析建设投入成本和业务量进行统筹分析。
通过完成这篇论文，我检验了四年来自己所学的经济理论、专业知识及专业技能，同时也了解现实中物流，充实自己的专业知识和技能，在这一过程中我获得了许多宝贵经验，将运用于以后学习工作中。
