摘要:本文对酒店业收益管理的理论与实践作了介绍，主要着眼于理论的探讨，也在理论上对收益管理模型作了一定的拓展。在理论上，本文在对相关的收益管理理论作相关介绍的基础上，对相关模型在应用过程中反映出的问题作了更为深入的分析，并对部分模型进行一定的拓展。文章最后介绍了酒店业收益管理信息系统的功能和作用，分析了实施酒店业收益管理的难点，并提出在我国酒店业加快实施收益管理的几点建议。
在结构上，本文分三部分。第一部分为引言，主要介绍收益管理的相关概念及其研究意义。第二部分介绍收益管理信息系统的概念和功能。第三部分主要介绍酒店业收益管理在应用过程中所存在的问题和相应的对策对全文的总结。

Abstract:This article on the hotel industry revenue management theory and practice and make detailed introduction. During the introduction mainly focuses on the theory and application, also in theory of revenue management model for the development. In theory, based on the related theory of revenue management in detail on the basis of introduction on the related model, in the application process reflects the problem made more thorough analysis, and some models can be extended. Finally the article introduces hotel revenue management information system and function, analyzes the implementation of hotel revenue management problems, and put forward in China's hotel industry to speed up the implementation of revenue management suggestions.
In the structure, this article is divided into three parts. The first part is an introduction, mainly introduces the revenue management concept and its research significance. The second part introduces the revenue management problems and the corresponding countermeasures. The third part mainly introduces the hotel revenue management information system and the full text of the summary.

收益管理作为一项在国外运用超过二十年的先进且成功的管理理念，近年来正被国内的酒店逐渐认识和引进。然而中国的酒店有自己的特色，如果不加修正地照搬国外的模式，反而有害无益。
本文分析了收益管理的目标和适用条件，提出收益管理对酒店业的特殊性，讨论收益管理对于酒店业的影响及收益管理在酒店业中应用。虽然还存在诸多问题，但希望能对酒店业收益管理提供帮助。
