摘要:本文是以职前培训对于酒店业来说的前景以及重要性分析为主,首先分析职前培训的重要性,职前培训对于刚入职或者即将入职的酒店员工提高自身工作能力,促进酒店人才整体素质发展着重要的作用,职前培训已经成为酒店业乃至其他企业健康发展的必由之路。此外,分析了当前酒店职前培训存在的问题,主要有培训观念落后,培训标准不一等,最后分析酒店职前培训改善途径,使得酒店职前培训发挥最大作用,从而实现新入职员工尽快融入酒店,并最大可能为酒店及员工自身实现“双赢”。

如今,我国酒店行业的培训师大多是理论强而实践弱,在具体实施过程中,很难根据情况应变,无法采取有效的措施。而一个好的培训团队,才能带领新老员工,让酒店蓬勃发展。每个培训团队应该有自己的培训风格,不同的培训师所适合的培训职能各不相同,只有根据适合培训师本身才能地分配工作,培训师的能量才能被最大限度的发挥出来。培训团队在职前培训中有各种培训能力。
培训属于管理里面很重要的一方面,所以不能简单地看待培训。现在做任何事情都要讲求其艺术性,培训作为一项日渐重要的工作项目自然也不例外。
对于培训师,除了需要其具备一定专业性以外,更重要的就是要善于抓准培训者的需求与心理,并且将培训活动变成一件员工乐于参与的活动,而不是枯燥的简单技能培训。
