摘要:会展业发展水平是衡量一个国家或地区产业发达程度和整体竞争力的重要标志,随着我国经济的发展,会展业在当地经济发展中的地位和作用更加突显。不具备较强会展核心竞争力的城市,会展业发展难度大。本文以重庆会展业发展现状为研究对象,在文献检索和实地调查的基础上,运用SWOT战略分析方法对重庆发展会展业的内部因素(优势与劣势)和外部因素(机会与威胁)进行了综合性分析,浅析重庆会展业的总体特征以及未来发展战略,还在如何培育重庆会展业特色,完善重庆会展业基础建设以及营销策略改进等方面有针对性地提出了建议。

ABSTRACT:The level of development of exhibition industry is a measure of a country or regional industrial development and overall competitiveness of an important symbol, as China's economic development, the development of exhibition industry in the local economy in a more prominent position and role. 论文试图通过结合前人的研究成果,结合全国一些城市的成果经验和重庆本地特点,根据市场营销学的原理,在充分认识重庆市会展业发展轨迹和发展特征的基础上,结合自己长期从事相关工作的实践,对重庆市目前会展业发展存在的优势和不足进行了比较深入的分析。通过分析,认为重庆市具有会展业发展的优势,同时为重庆市如何解决会展业发展过程中存在的问题提出改进的对策。
