【摘要】信息技术的快速发展给档案工作带来了前所未有的高效率和快节奏，同时也向档案工作人员提出了严峻的挑战。档案工作者应具备哪些素质才能更好地适应社会的发展。本文通过分析当前档案队伍现状，指出信息时代档案工作对档案人员的素质要求是具备一定的思想理论修养、深厚的科学文化素养、扎实的专业技能和良好的心理素质，进而提出提升档案人员素质的基本途径是注重档案人员观念的转换、重视档案人员专业知识的更新、加强档案人员的在职培训和广泛开展学术研究和交流。

【Abstract】 Archives work in rapid development of information technology to bring unprecedented efficiencies and faster rhythms, but also poses a serious challenge to Archives staff. Qualities which archivists to better adapt to society's development. This article by analysis current archives team status, pointed out that information era archives work on Archives personnel of quality requirements is has must of thought theory cultivation, and deep of science culture literacy, and solid of professional skills and good of psychological quality, turn made upgrade archives personnel quality of basic way is focus on Archives personnel concept of conversion, and attention archives personnel expertise of update, and strengthening archives personnel of serving training and widely carried out academic research and Exchange.
