摘要:大学生是当今社会一个特殊的群体,他们接受过大学教育,是社会新技术、新思想的前言群体,国家培养的高级专业人才。随着社会经济的不断发展,现代企业越来越需要综合素质高的全面型人才的加入,另一方面面对巨大的就业压力,每个大学生毕业之后面临的第一个事情就是就业问题,那么在学校里经过了几年的学习的大学生能否胜任新环境下的工作呢。这就需要企业和社会以及大学生共同努力来应对这个问题。
当前,我国很多企业在新员工培训的工作上都存在着许多问题,比如说对培训工作不重视且投入的经费不足、培训机制不健全且不规范、只对少数人进行培训、培训方式简单等等。本文从企业对新员工培训模式的角度展开研究,探讨当前国内企业对新进大学生员工培训方式中所存在的问题,并提出改进建议。希望我国企业能够转变观念,重视新员工培训工作、建立科学有效的培训系统和长期的培训计划、设立专门的培训部门、科学地选择培训对象。以期通过对这个问题的分析和研究,为企业寻找出一条更好的,适合新进大学生员工的培训模式,这样不仅有利于大学生员工更好更快地融入到工作环境中去,也能有效降低企业承担的用人风险,大大降低企业用人成本。

ABSTRACT:College students are a special group in the society, they have received university education, is the social new technology, new ideas in the group, senior professional talents of national culture. With the development of society and economy, to join the modern enterprises need more comprehensive talents with high comprehensive qualities, on the other hand, facing the huge employment pressure, the first thing every college students after graduation is facing the problem of employment, so in school after years of college student can be competent for the work under the new environment. This requires the enterprises and the society and the college students to work together to deal with this problem.
At present, our work in the new staff training, many enterprises have many problems, such as that of training do not attach importance to and lack of funds, the training mechanism is not perfect and not standard, only few training, training mode is simple. This article launches the research from the enterprises to the new employee training model from the point of view of the current domestic enterprises, the existing staff training of new students in the problems, and put forward the improvement proposal. The hope for China's enterprises to change the idea, pay attention to the new staff training, establish scientific and effective training system and long-term training plan, set up a special training department, scientific selection of the training object. By the time through the analysis and Research on this problem, for the company to find out a better fit for the new students, staff training mode, which not only helps students staff better and faster into the work environment, it can also reduce the enterprise bear the risk, reduce the cost of business people.
