摘要:在目前的市场环境下,随着时代的不断地向前发展和推移,信息技术扮演着越来越重要的角色。信息技术的飞速发展,使得条码技术不断提升,由原来的一维码发展到如今的二维码。作为一种新的自动识别和信息载体技术,二维码以其经济性和可靠性的优点,正在被越来越多的人所了解和认识。二维码从根本上弥补了一维码的不足,更有利于社会的发展。二维码技术的不断研究发展,使得二维码技术的应用迅速扩大,条形码与条码技术逐渐渗透到人们的生活,使人们从繁琐和重复的工作得到充分释放。以及在企业招聘中使用可能产生的问题

   本文主要分为七个部分,绪论为第一部分,主要研究选题背景、国内外研究现状以及研究的思路;第二部分是对招聘的定义以及招聘的主要方式;第三部分讨论了二维码的特性,对二维码进行含义的界定以及二维码的特点研究以及阐述二维码的应用原理以及二维码的应用实例并由此过度到文章的第四部分,分析二维码技术的应用在招聘中的第四部分是本文的重中之重,根据二维码的原理,从招聘方与应聘方把二维码技术应用在招聘上,并分析了二维码的应用方式,其实现的可行性;第五部分是对二维码招聘进行问卷调查,了解企业与应聘者对二维码招聘的理解程度;第六部分则是探究实施这项招聘方式的障碍以及问题;最后的第七部分就是从各个角度发现二维码招聘的便利,以及全文总结。
