摘要:当今时代，随着信息技术飞速发展,企业竞争越来越激烈，竞争的重点将逐渐由末端的产品竞争,逐渐转向源头的人才竞争。在这种情况下，企业获得和维持竞争优势的核心在于人，在于优秀而稳定的员工队伍。雇主品牌理论的产生和发展顺应了时代的需求和特点，雇主品牌成为继产品品牌、企业形象品牌之后新兴的又一个为人们所重视的企业品牌。本文立足于雇主品牌的外部评价体系与改进本体研究，首先以引言的形式阐述了研究的目的和意义、研究现状、研究思路和方法等问题，继而就雇主品牌的相关理论及现有雇主品牌外部评价指标体系进行了综述，接着就雇主品牌的外部评价体系中出现的问题予以探讨，最后则提出改进对策，以期对相关研究有所借鉴。

ABSTRACT:In the present era, with the rapid development of information technology, enterprise competition increasingly fierce competition will focus gradually from the end product competition, gradually shift the source of the talent competition. In this case, companies gain and maintain a competitive advantage lies in the heart of man, that excellent and stable workforce. Employer branding theory and development conform to the needs and characteristics of the times, the employer brand become the product brand, corporate brand image after another emerging importance for the people of the corporate brand. The employer brand based on an external evaluation system and improvement of the body, first in the form of introduction explains the purpose and significance of research status, research ideas and methods and other issues, then the employer brand related theories are reviewed, and then they external employer brand evaluation system problems to be discussed, and finally suggest improvements countermeasures to some reference to relevant studies.

研究思路和方法
1．研究思路
在充分学习和分析前人的成功秘诀上，本论文致力通过理论结合实践的方法，从另一个角度进行调查研究和理论归纳，得出新的结论、观点和建议。
因此，本文采用理论归纳与调查实践相结合的研究方法，对现有的理论成果进行分析，讨论并得出一个对我们状况有实际意义的结果。在理论研究的基础上，结合调查实践，对雇主品牌的外部评价体系与改进问题进行研究。
2．研究方法
本论文主要采用文献研究理论归纳为主，将理论与实践想结合，得到有实际意义的结果。
首先，通过查阅国外有关资料，并对其翻译和总结。在总结前人经验和不足的基础上，对本文的研究进行更深层次的探讨，以达到扬长避短，事半功倍。
然后，积极参与社会实践，在对雇主品牌的外部评价体系与改进问题进行调查的基础上，收集并及时总结事实材料，从而为论文写作奠定坚实实践基础。
最后，运用统计学原理对收集的材料进行分析比较，择取有价值的材料对已有论点进行更深层次的解析，使那些对我们现状有指导意义的观点能被挖掘出开，同时积极寻求导师的指导，以保障论文写作的正确方向
