摘要：本文主要从大学生使用微博求职现状、微博求职的优越性、存在的问题以及其发展前景等几个方面对微博求职做了深入的研究，发现微博在大学生求职过程中可以发挥的功能与作用是不可小觑的，本次论文笔者运用了文献研究法、调查研究法及经验总结法等方法希望通过对本课题的研究，了解微博求职这一方法的可行性。在充分分析其利害的基础上，降低不利因素，营造一个健康积极的求职平台，可以更好的利用微博这个庞大信息资源来取得自己满意的工作，从而尽可能的为大学生求职提供一些帮助，寻求大学生发展的新渠道。

Abstract: This article mainly from the college students use the bo job status, the bo the superiority of the job, existing problems and the development prospects are aspects of the micro bo job makes a deep research, found the bo in college students the job search process can play the function and effect of the to be reckoned with, this paper the author use a literature method, the study involving experience and methods of hope that through this project research, understand the bo job, the feasibility of this method. In the full analysis on the basis of the concern, reduce adverse factors, to create a healthy and positive job platform, we can make better use of micro bo the massive information resources to achieve satisfied with my work, so as to provide some of the college students' employment help, seek the development of college students' new channels.
