[摘要]在现今社会，秘书已成为一种职业，和许多工作一样，秘书工作也可以由不同性别的人来做。但是由于秘书工作的特殊性，所以常常会因为性别差异而对秘书工作产生影响。我们需要根据秘书性别研究的现状来调查秘书性别差异对秘书工作的影响，了解性别差异对秘书工作产生的影响、男秘书与女秘书在秘书工作中各自的优势与缺陷，从而采取应对措施，进一步增强秘书行业的整体素质、提高秘书工作的效率。

[Abstract] In today's society, secretary has become a kind of occupation. As many jobs, secretarial work can also be done by both female and male. But due to the specific of secretarial work, the gender differences often affect the secretarial work. We need inquire into gender differences’ effect on secretarial work according to the status of gender differences’ study, and understand the effect what gender differences will do to the secretarial work, the superiority and defect of male and female secretary on secretarial work, then take response measure to further strengthen the whole attainment of secretary industry, and improve secretary’s work efficiency.

什么是秘书？即“掌管文档、安排事务并协助机构或部门负责人处理日常工作的人员”。换句话说，就是任何一个组织、机构或者企事业单位，都会设有秘书一职，尽管不一定都被称之为秘书。并且秘书的工作范围，也非常广泛，许多性质并不相同的工作，却都可以被统称为“秘书”。秘书的主要职责是对日常工作的处理。我们在日常的生活、工作中所接触到的男性或者女性秘书，他们每天都在处理着秘书所必须要承担的工作。而男性和女性天生存在的两性差异会对秘书工作造成影响吗？怎样才能避免两性差异在秘书工作中带来的问题呢？本文拟从性别差异的角度入手，浅谈性别差异对秘书工作的影响。
