摘要:改革开放后，政府缩小调控力度，逐渐退出市场。伴随着我国商品经济的飞速的发展，市场的健全度也随之进一步加深，市场竞争也变成了完全开放式的。超市是随着改革步伐变化最大一个产业，超市的诞生是我国走向成熟市场的一个标志，伴随着我国与WTO的融合，超市不仅仅要面对植根于民间的“小店”的客流削弱，还要面对诸如沃尔玛、家乐福、麦德龙等国际零售巨头激烈的国际竞争。在现行超市管理中，库存堆积一直是影响超市正常营业的关键。对于超市而言，面对如山的挤压货品会阻隔超市的革新和再生，另外库存意味着超市的流动资产变为固定资产。本文主要围绕百意超市存货成本控制为研究对象，就其在存货管理过程存在的问题进行了相关论述，希望通过对其经营情况进行研究从而发现存在的一些问题，为后期改善工作提供参照。本文主要分为三部分内容，首先就存货管理理论进行了相关论述，同时就国外连锁超市存货管理情况进行了案例分析，通过比较找出目前百意超市存货管理存在问题并提出整改措施。

The supermarket is the biggest change along with the pace of reform in an industry, the supermarket was born is a symbol of China's mature markets, with the integration of China and the WTO, weaken the supermarket must not only face rooted in the folk "shop" passenger flow, but also face such as WAL-MART, Carrefour, Metro and other retail giants fierce the international competition. In the supermarket management, inventory accumulation has been the key effect of supermarket normal business. For the supermarket, in the face of innovation and recycled extrusion products like keeps the supermarket, the supermarket inventory means the current assets to fixed assets. The hundred Italian supermarket inventory cost control as the core, around this one problem in the inventory management, logistics, supplier management and other related aspects are analyzed and proved in detail, in order to reveal the essence of management situation, found problems, reduce costs to improve its cost of inventory management and logistics distribution level, accelerating capital turnover, improve profitability, expand the scale of operation and provides a feasible scheme.
