摘 要:一直以来,在中国,食品安全问题的出现屡见不鲜。从造成社会巨大危害的“三鹿牛奶”事件到现今的皮革明胶“毒胶囊”事件,食品安全问题的层出不穷。反应了我国在食品安全方面监管体制的不足或缺失,同时这也映射了企业目前存在普遍逃避或推脱自己的社会责任的现象,永远坚守利润最大化,以致造成了如此严重的不利局面。为确保食品的质量,减少民众对食品问题的恐慌。

   本文重点剖析了食品安全频发的主要原因包括食品企业自身社会责任的观念不强,其次是我国政府的监管力度不够。通过借鉴国外相关法律制度,提出了我国在食品安全方面要更加强化法律的规范、体制的约束、舆论的监督等措施。

   本文通过对近几年发生的一系列食品安全问题事件,提出食品生产企业承担社会责任的现状,揭露出当今企业社会责任缺失是食品问题不断发生的根源,探索在经济全球化的背景下,如何提升我国食品安全企业的社会责任,本文提出了一些可实施的建议。

   企业社会责任的缺失最根本上还是社会意识的缺失,其实从长远利益来看,企业勇于承担自己的社会责任,更易于获得社会大众的接受。企业和企业的产品更容易在市场竞争中获得广大消费者的认同和信任。这比任何的广告轰炸,品牌宣传的效果要好的多,良好的企业信誉是企业一笔庞大的无形资产,更易于在市场竞争激烈的环境下立于不败之地。

ABSTRACT:Since always, in China, the emergence of food safety problems. From social huge damage to today's "sanlu milk" the event leather gelatin "poison capsule" event. Food safety problems emerge in endlessly, make our country in terms of food safety regulatory system deficiencies or missing more apparent, and it also maps the enterprises at present common escape or own the phenomenon of social responsibility, always stick to maximise profits, so that the adverse situation caused so serious. In order to ensure the quality of the food, to reduce people's fears of food problems.

   This paper analyzed the main reasons for the frequent occurrence of food safety, including food enterprise itself the idea of social responsibility is not strong, the second is our government regulation is not enough. Through draw lessons from foreign related legal system, and puts forward in the aspect of food safety in our country will be more standardization, strengthen the legal system of constraint, the supervision of public opinion, and so on.

   Based on a series of food safety issues happened in recent years, food production enterprise bear the social responsibility of the status quo, revealed the lack of corporate social responsibility is the root cause of food issues happened constantly, explore under the background of economic globalization, how to improve food safety in our country enterprise's social responsibility, this paper puts forward some implementation Suggestions.

   The lack of corporate social responsibility is the most fundamental or lack of social consciousness, actually, from the point of long-term interests, enterprises have the courage to take responsibility for their own social responsibilities, is easier to gain public acceptance. Enterprise and products more easily in the market competition get broad consumer recognition and trust. This than any advertising campaign and brand publicity effect is much better, good corporate reputation is a huge intangible assets, enterprises more easily in the market is in an impregnable position in the competitive environment.
