摘要:本文先对两组评酒员的评分结果的显著性和可信性进行单因素方差分析,从而得出有效数据。运用这些有效数据,并根据其酿酒葡萄的理化指标和葡萄酒的质量对酿酒葡萄进行分级。接着分析酿酒葡萄与葡萄酒的理化指标之间的联系及酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒的理化指标对葡萄酒质量的影响。最后运用多元线性回归分析,建立运用葡萄酒的理化指标来评价葡萄酒的质量的数学模型。

Abstract: In this paper, we will use the single-factor analysis to assess the significance and credibility of scores resulting from the two groups of tasting members to arrive at valid data. Then use these effective data to classify wine grapes based on the physical and chemical indicators of the wine grape and wine quality . Followed by analysis of the link between the physical and chemical indicators of the wine grape and wine . Finally, use multiple linear regression analysis to establish the mathematical model which is using wine physicochemical indicators to evaluate the quality of the wine .
