摘要:三人篮球赛起源于20世纪60年代美国纽约州的一种街头篮球游戏，如今已经是一项容易开展又深受广大青少年喜爱的运动项目。近几年来，我国各大中城市的三人制篮球赛已迅猛开展起来，尤其是在大、中、小学的课外活动中，三人制篮球运动已成为落实“健康第一”指导思想的重要活动之一。本文选择兰坪县第一中学的高中生作为研究对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法对兰坪一中开展三对三篮球赛的情况进行调查，研究得出：三人篮球赛场地设施简单，组织方便，竞赛周期短，经费投入少，运动负荷适宜，竞争较激烈，可以增强高中生体质健康、磨练意志、促进高中生身心健康的发展，便于普及和推广。本文调查了兰坪一中的师资队伍、场地器材设施，并对三人制篮球运动和五人制篮球运动的特点进行分析后，提出相应的对策，从而让三人制篮球运动在兰坪一中得到更好的开展和推广。

This article select Lanping County first Middle School of high school students as research object, used literature information method, and questionnaire investigation method and interview method on lanping a in the carried out three on three basketball match of situation for investigation, research came: three people basketball match venues facilities simple, organization convenient, race cycle short, funding inputs less, movement load suitable, competition more fierce, can enhanced high school students Constitution health, and hone will of, and promote high school students physical and mental health of development, easy universal and promotion. This article surveys the teacher teams, equipment facilities in lanping and three-person basketball and five-a characteristics analysis of basketball, propose appropriate measures, so that the three-person basketball in lanping and promote better.
