摘要:随着大学生足球联赛、校园、社区足球比赛等各种赛事的频繁举办，对足球裁判员的需求也日益增多。而在加强高校学生足球裁判员队伍建设的同时，也能够在一定程度上提高我国足球裁判员的数量和质量，因此对高校学生足球裁判员的现状进行深入的调查分析具有很重要的意义。本文通过运用观察法、文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法等研究方法对XX学院学生足球裁判员人数、等级水平、参与裁判工作情况等现状进行调查分析。分析结果表明，XX学院学生足球裁判员因比赛场次太少的缘故没有足够的机会进行临场实践，学生足球裁判员临场执裁水平不理想，绝大多数学生只能胜任助理裁判一职，但学生参与足球裁判工作的动机良好，且以体育学院学生为主，所以XX学院学生足球裁判员具有较大的发展空间。根据所得结论提出具有针对性的解决方法，为XX学院学生足球裁判员队伍的建设提供参考。

ABSTRACT:As college football league football match, campus and community held various events to frequent, soccer referee needs are increasing. And to strengthen college students in soccer referee team construction, but also can, to some extent, improve our country football referees, so the quantity and quality of college students' status of soccer referee in-depth analysis of the investigation has the very vital significance. The article USES observation, the literature material law, expert interview, questionnaire and logic analysis and other methods of soccer referee the honghe university students, number of grade level, participation in the investigations situation, etc. Analysis results show that the honghe university students by race too soccer referee because not enough hitting streak to on-the-spot practice, students football referees on-the-spot hold cutting level is not ideal, most students can only competent assistant referee a duty, but students to participate in the football refereeing motives are sound and sports college students give priority to, so the honghe university student has a great soccer referee development space. According to the conclusion of the proposed solution, has pointed to the honghe university students for the construction of soccer referee team to provide the reference.
