摘要：在知识经济时代，人是企业中最具活力的因素。正是因为活力因素的存在，也使得人力资本投资具有一定的风险性。在危机环境下，企业如何辨析人力资本投资风险，控制风险，对风险进行科学合理的分析，建立风险预警体系并采取相应防范措施，对企业可持续和谐发展至关重要。本文首先对人力资本投资的概念，目的，形式及其对企业发展的重要意义进行了描述，并分析了人力资本风险投资的原因，引出了企业人力资本投资风险的类别和内容。最后提出了企业人力资本投资风险的规避方法。

Abstract：In the knowledge economy time，people are the most dynamic factor in an enterprise. For dynamic factors，human capital investment has some risk．In a crisis environment，it is critical to the the enterprise sustainable harmonious development that to analysis the risk of human capital investment and control it，to give a scientific and reasonable analysis and then establish a risk warning system to take appropriate preventive measures．This paper first on the human capital investment concept， purpose， forms and to the important significance of enterprise development are described，and analyzes the reason of the human capital investment risk，raises the risk of enterprise human capital investment categories and content．Finally put forward the enterprise human capital investment risk the evasion of the method．
