摘要:随着经济一体化、竞争国际化、信息网络的发展，各个企业竞争之间的竞争日益演变为以供应链竞争为基础，供应链管理的研究成为了各个企业之间以及众多学者的研究重点。尤其是在经济高速发展的今天，供应链越来越朝向全球一体供应链发展，流程日益复杂。供应链各个企业之间联系日益密切，在这种背景下供应链在运作过程中风险系数加大。风险对供应链的破坏程度比对单个企业的要严重许多，一个微小的风险很可能带给供应链巨大的打击，甚至完全破坏一条供应链，使之不复存在。供应链风险日益成为企业供应链管理的重要障碍，对企业产生了相当大的危害，严重制约供应链的稳定和发展.
从研究历史来看供应链风险也是一个比较新的概念, 它是风险在供应链领域应用的一个特例,供应链风险对于一个企业的发展，以及未来经济的健康高效发展都具有重要意义。因此如何认识和实施供应链风险分析及管理, 及防范供应链风险管理对于物流企业及各类经济主体的具有重要而现实的作用。本文就供应链风险分析及管理进行了理论研究以及对供应链运作过程中存在的问题结合实例进行了分析，并提出了相应的风险防范管理措施。

Abstract:With the development of the economic integration, the development of information network and also the competition internationalization, the competition between different enterprises becomes increasingly intense, especially the competition based on supply chain. The management of the supply chain has now become the research focus of the enterprises and also many scholars. In this society with high-speed economic development, the supply chain has developed day by day towards a global one and with more complex process. The contact between each enterprise becomes closer and closer, which leads to a higher risk parameter in the process of operation under such an atmosphere. The damage that the risk has on the supply chain is much more serious than what it has on each enterprise. A tiny risk is likely to bring supply chain big hit, and even completely destroy a supply chain, make it no longer exists. The supply risk has now increasingly become the crucialessential obstacle of enterprise supply chain management, produced largish detriment, and restricted strictly the stability and development of the supply chain.
View from the research history, supply chain is a new concept. It is a special case of risk in the supply chain application field. It is of great importance to the development of an enterprise and the healthy and efficient development of the future economy. So how to recognize and implement supply chain risk analysis and management, and prevent the supply chain risk management’s effect on logistics enterprises and all kinds of economic subject have important and realistic functions. This thesis had theoretical study on the analysis and management of supply chain risk, and also the author had an analysis with cases on the problems existing in the process of supply chain operation, and put forward the corresponding risk management measures.
