摘要：当前我国农产品流通存在许多问题，如组织化程度低，流通成本高，竞争性不强等。普洱茶作为农产品的一种，其在供应流通过程中同样有很多值得研究的问题。
普洱茶产业是云南省的特色产业，是茶树原产地之一，也是人类饮茶、种茶、制茶的发源地，普洱茶叶历来以数量大、品种多、分布广、品质好、声誉高而著称，特别是实施茶叶产业化以来，普洱茶叶产业经营模式为农民增收、产业结构调整、农村经济发展起到了积极的促进作用，但也不可否认地存在着产业链各主体联系松散、市场开拓能力不强、一体化管理薄弱以及利益关系失衡等问题。而供应链管理所坚持和强调的对整个关联过程的全面、系统、集成的综合一体化管理思想以及在实践中体现出的快速反应市场需求、战略管理、柔性高风险低等优势将有助于实现茶业一体化运作，有利于改变茶叶的流通方式和经济增长方式，使物流、资金流、信息流的运转速度加快，提高茶业竞争能力；同时，利用高度专业化社会分工，各尽其能并体现一体化管理思想，充分发挥社会资源的作用，缩短茶叶流通时间，降低流通成本，从而降低产品价格，提高竞争优势。
本研究以供应链管理思想为指导，通过对普洱茶产业供应链松散及滞后等发展状况的了解，及时查找问题，发现普洱茶产业供应链管理存在着组织化程度低，缺乏实力强大的核心企业带动作用。为此，提出以加工企业为核心的供应链管理模式，以提高云南普洱茶业在国内市场和国际市场的竞争力。

The Pu’er tea industry is a special industry in Yunnan province,Is one of tea tree origin,and human drinking tea,grow tea,making tea origin also. Pu’er tea always takes great number of wide distribution is famous for its high quality good reputation. Especially since the implementation of the industrialization of tea,Pu’er tea industry business model for increasing farmers’ income,and industry structure adjustment of rural economic development plays an important role. But there is no denying that the main body contact industrial chain loose,market development capability is not strong,supply chain management and persistence and emphasize that the whole process of association of comprehensive integration of the system integration management thoughts and In practice reflects the rapid reaction to the market demand,high flexible management strategy will help realize low risk advantage in tea integrated operation,it will benefit the distribution and change tea pattern of economic growth. To make logistics,cash flow,the flow of information running speed,to improve the tea competition ability,at the same time, using highly specialized social division of labor,give full play to the role of social resources. Shorten time about tea circulation, reduce the cost of circulation,and to reduce product prices, to improve the competition advantage.
