摘要:改革开放以来，中小企业成为了中国经济发展的重要参与者，对促进经济发展、缓解就业压力具有不可替代的作用。此次论文写作以惠东中小鞋厂为例,通过现场调查和网上官方数据统计,分析融资问题对当地中小型鞋厂的经营贸易影响和原因，并提出改善融资的建议。
通过本次的研究发现，惠东地区的中小鞋厂虽兴起迅速，但普遍出现融资结构不合理，融资方式不适合，融资手段不合法的问题，严重制约其进一步发展.调查显示，只有通过鞋材、银行、政府等多方合作，选择更为有效的融资方式、优化融资结构，才能促进当地鞋材融资的康发展，促进当地经济和政治的发展。

Abstract:Since reform and opening, non-public economy became more and more important in the national economy. Huidong small and medium-sized enterprises, playing an important role of Guangdong economy development, deal well with a large number of external workers' work problem, and promote local economic and foreign trade development.
As the international economic and trade expanding, corporate finance became the key factor of development. One enterprise's financial operations, investment directly related to its scale and capacity.
After the search, I found there have many problems on finance and reduced their development. Only corporate with the government and banks, can those enterprises become more and more stronger, and promote the local economic.

中小企业是中国经济发展的重要参与者，一个企业的资金运营、投资使用直接关乎一个企业的规模和能力。而惠东地区的中小鞋厂则为广东重要的经济发展角色之一，其贸易包含国内外。这次我则将以此调查对象，了解新晋鞋城的兴起之路，研究其投资融资形式，辨其优劣之处，按照相关的数据和案例分析，为惠东地区的中小鞋厂推出自己的对其发展的见解和建议，向他们推崇更为有效的融资形式，促进企业的资金融通，优化资源配置，促进该地的金融发展。同时，也达到自己研究金融市场的实践活动，了解到现今经济的一种发展模式和最新的投资融资政策等等。
