摘要:我国纺织业出口所遭遇的新贸易壁垒，主要有技术性贸易壁垒、环境壁垒和社会壁垒。而新贸易壁垒又以技术性贸易壁垒为核心，本文主要从我国纺织业出口遭遇国际技术性贸易壁垒的现状出发，在探讨了技术性贸易壁垒对我国纺织业的出口额、市场份额等方面的影响的基础上，随之进一步从外部和内部两方面分析了技术性贸易壁垒对我国纺织品的影响及我国纺织品出口频繁遭遇国外技术性贸易壁垒限制的原因为我国纺织品如何应对不断发展变化的技术性贸易壁垒，提高企业自身的产品竞争力提出一些可行的措施，且对我国纺织品出口具有一定现实意义。

Abstract:China's textile exports hit a new trade barriers, the main technical barriers to trade, environmental barriers and social barriers. 技术性贸易壁垒日趋合法和隐蔽，我们在发展的同时，要需加注意。国际竞争日趋激烈，我们应把握机会，力求发展，才能在国际市场中获得应得的利益。我国纺织业出口量要想不断增加，必须正确认识并对待技术性贸易壁垒。只有社会、政府、企业共同行动起来，不断创新，提高科技水平，同时充分了解国外的法规和标准，完善我国的标准体系，才能减少技术性贸易壁垒所带来的损失，增加纺织业的出口。
