摘要：电子商务的产生和发展给我国市场经济带来巨大活力的同时，由于电子商务具有虚拟现实的特征，加之我国目前尚未建立有效的诚信机制，电子商务活动中违背诚信的行为比比皆是，诚信缺失已严重阻碍了电子商务的健康发展，因此，诚信不得不成为我国发展电子商务必须高度重视的问题。电子商务诚信建设是一项复杂的社会系统工程，它不仅需要提高公民的法律素质，增强公民的诚信观念，以营造社会诚信大环境，而且必须从法制高度着手，完善立法、强化司法、加强政府监管和行业自律，构建电子商务诚信机制，以维护电子商务的正常秩序，促进电子商务的健康发展。

电子商务是网络时代的新生事物，而电子商务的诚信问题是我国电子商务蓬勃发展过程中暴露出的比较严重的问题。我国社会信用体系的建设任重而道远，特别是电子商务信用体系的建立还有许多理论、技术，政策等多方面问题有待解决，需要在实践中不断探索。在电子商务的参与者中呼唤诚信，树立诚信观念、规则意识，使电子商务的参与者意识到，诚信是立身处世之本，是电子商务交易的基本要求，同时诚信、信用是一种财富，是一种不可替代的竞争力。相信随着全社会诚信意识的加强，信用体系的不断完善，必将推动我国电子商务的快速发展。
