摘要：绿色贸易壁垒是国际贸易中非关税壁垒的主要形式，随着国际贸易的发展，逐渐成为新的贸易保护主义的工具。纺织服装业是江苏省创汇最多，国际优势较强的行业之一，但由于纺织业的高污染性，使得其出口屡遭壁垒限制。因此，了解发达国家的绿色贸易壁垒的主要形式，探寻其对江苏省纺织服装出口的影响机制，寻求突破绿色贸易壁垒的途径，已成为企业和政府亟待解决的问题。本文通过分析绿色贸易壁垒产生的原因以及对江苏省纺织服装出口的影响，从企业和政府两个层面提出应对绿色贸易壁垒所应采取的具体措施，从而推动江苏省纺织业对外贸易发展。

Abstract：Green trade barrier，which is the main form of non-tariff barriers in international trade，with the development of international trade，it has gradually become the new tool of trade protectionism. As the world's textile and clothing export country，foreign green system and policies and regulations demanding that China's textile and clothing exports from the barriers，has seriously affected the development of China's foreign trade. Textile and garment industry in Jiangsu province is one of the advantages of strong industry，but because of the high polluting of the textile industry,which makes its export has been limited by the barriers ,so understand the main forms of green trade barriers in developed countries，to explore its mechanism of effect on Jiangsu Province in the textile and garment export，finding ways to break through the green trade barriers，has become a problem urgently to be solved in enterprises and government. In this paper，through the analysis of the causes of green trade barrier and the influence on Jiangsu Province in the textile and garment export，and from the two aspects of enterprises and the government proposed to deal with specific measures should be taken by green trade barriers，which has important practical significance to promote the textile industry of Jiangsu province's foreign trade development.
