摘要:随着经济全球化的迅猛发展，我国企业正在全球范围内参与国际竞争，不断扩大国际市场。境外投资面临的外部环境，对我国大多数企业来说存在着诸多矛盾与风险，风险的研究对我国经济发展少走弯路有重要意义。深入研究并规避、防范其中的风险，采取切实可行的措施，关系到我国企业境外投资的成败得失，并进而影响到我国经济能否快速融入国际经济大循环，因而具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文将从我国企业境外投资现状出发，认真分析境外投资各类风险，并对其中的主要五种风险：境外投资的融资风险，境外投资的决策风险，政府监管及服务风险，境外投资保护风险，境外投资环境风险的产生根源做了全方面研究。针对产生的风险，分别从企业和国家着手考虑，得到了应对不同风险的具体应对策略，有助于我国经济的全球化发展。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of economic globalization, China's enterprises are global participation in international competition, expanding the international market. The external environment facing the overseas investment, for most enterprises in our country there are many contradictions and risk, the risk of the research has important significance to our country economic development, little detours. In-depth study and avoid and guard against the risks, take feasible measures, relates to the success or failure of overseas investment of Chinese enterprises gain and loss, and, in turn, affects the economy in our country can be quickly integrated into the international economic circulation, thus has important theoretical and realistic significance. This article will from the present conditions of our country enterprise overseas investment, overseas investment of careful analysis all kinds of risks, and the main five types of risk: the financing risk of overseas investment, overseas investment decision-making risk, government regulation and the service risk, protect overseas investment risk, environmental risk of overseas investment source for the study of all aspects. Against risk, considering respectively from enterprises and countries, obtained the different risks of specific coping strategies, contribute to the economic globalization and development of China.
