摘要:改革开放以来,国外快速餐饮业在中国取得成功立足并快速扩张,其中尤为重要的一点原因那就是每一家成功快餐企业都有适合自己的完善的员工培训开发体系。基于此,本论文采用比较研究的方式研究了世界餐饮巨头肯德基和麦当劳的员工培训开发经验,比较分析了两家企业培训开发体系的异同,并由此给诸多国内餐饮企业,尤其是快餐企业建立并不断优化自己的培训开发体系提供一些经验,方法和启迪。

Abstract:Since the reform and open policy, foreign rapid catering foot and success in China, which is particularly important to the rapid expansion of the reason that is every a successful fast food enterprises have suits own perfect employee training and development system. Based on this, this paper adopts a comparative study of the way the study of McDonald's food giant KFC and employee training development experience, comparing the two enterprise training development system, thus to the similarities and differences of many domestic catering enterprises, especially fast food enterprises establish and constantly optimize their training development system provide some experience, methods and enlightenment.

本课题的研究将内容包含三个方面:
(1)从理论着手,理解并运用好国内外研究成果。指出企业要想在如今激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和发展,必须建立与本企业和市场竞争相匹配的员工培训开发体系。
(2)介绍肯德基和麦当劳在中国市场所采用的培训开发体系:包括他们各自培训开发体系的层次、特点和该培训开发体系对其经营业绩的影响。同时对肯德基和麦当劳两家餐饮公司培训开发体系进行比较分析,指出两种不同培训开发体系的异同和优劣。
(3)浅谈国内餐饮业的培训开发体系的现状。在对肯德基与麦当劳培训体系深入比较研究的基础上,批判的继承它们的经验,结合国内实际,指出中国本土餐饮企业如何建立并优化适合自身发展的高效的员工培训开发体系
