摘要：服务消费的扩大有利于促进农村居民生活质量的提高，提升群众的幸福感，推动我国经济水平的可持续发展。本文首先说明苏州农村居民服务消费的现状，分析农村居民收入水平低，社会保障制度不健全，服务消费价格高、质量低、供给少，服务消费观念落后，维护消费者权益难等主要因素。最后提出了要增加农村居民收入、健全农村社会保障制度、降低服务消费价格、提高服务质量、转变农村居民消费观念、完善有关服务消费的法规、以维护农村消费者权益等这些主要因素的针对性对策，以提高农村居民服务消费水平。

Abstract：Expansion of the service consumption is conducive to the promotion of rural residents living level and consumption quality continues to improve, has important significance of happiness the steady development of the economy of our country improving under. This paper first explains the current situation of service consumption of rural residents in Suzhou, analyze the income level of rural residents is low, the social security system is not perfect, the service consumer prices high, low quality, supply, service backward consumption concept, safeguard the interests of consumers difficult factors. Finally, to increase the income of rural residents, rural social security system, reduce the service, consumer prices, improve service quality, change the consumption concept, improve the service of rural residents consumption regulations, in order to protect the rural consumer rights these main factors countermeasures, in order to improve the service level of consumption of rural residents.
