摘 要:现场管理最早起源于西方国家，其管理方法传入中国已有很多年，但是在电子制造行业中，它的运用效果并不是很理想，总存在这样那样的问题。针对这一背景，本文首先介绍了国内外关于现场管理的研究和现场管理相关理论知识。随后，探讨了我国电子制造业的现状以及现场管理对我国电子制造业的重要性，并总结了我国电子制造业车间普遍存在的问题，分析造成这些问题的原因。在理论的基础上，本文对捷普电子现场管理的状况和流程进行梳理，重点分析了捷普电子现场管理存在的问题，并用现场管理常用的5S管理方法进行改善。结合案例的成功经验，给出了适用于我国大部分电子制造企业的现场管理思路和措施。最终得到了相关结论：如果企业想要使其自身的管理水平得到一个很好地提升，那么必须把现场管理做好。但是不能盲目的照搬其它企业的经验，必须结合自身的实际情况进行一个有效的改善，如此才能制定出最适合本企业的改良措施，使现场管理的效果发挥到最大地步。最大限度地提升企业的现场管理水平，使企业获得一个长远的发展，并在行业中脱颖而出。

ABSTRACT:Site management originated from western countries. And its management was introduced into China for many years. However, in electronics manufacturing, its effect is not very good. There is always this or that kind of problem. Against this background, this paper first introduces the domestic and foreign research on site management and site management relevant theoretical knowledge. Then, the paper discusses the status of China's electronics manufacturing and site management to the importance of electronic manufacturing industry in our country. And the paper summarizes the widespread problem of China's electronic manufacturing workshop. Finally the paper analyzes the reasons for these problems. On the basis of the theory，the paper sort out the situation and processes of Jabil Circuit's site management. And it emphatically analyzes the problems of Jabil Circuit site management. Finally, 5S management methods of site management used to improve. Successful experience with cases given ideas and measures.These are applicable to most of China electronics manufacturing enterprise site management. Finally the paper obtained the related conclusions. If the enterprise wants to make its own management level to get a good upgrade, you have to manage site well. But we can not blindly copy the experience of other companies. Moreover, combined with the enterprise actual situation, we must have an effective improvement. So that it can develop the most appropriate measures for the improvement of the enterprise, to make the effect of site management to maximize. And maximized enterprise site management makes the enterprise get a long-term development and stand out in the industry.
