摘 要:近些年来，我国企业国际化进程不断深入，质量对企业的发展有着至关重要的意义，而受金融海啸影响，国内外企业竞争越发激烈。如今，我国中小企业已成为增加国家税收和促进居民就业的主平台，众多中小企业的发展影响着我国未来的经济走势，但质量管理的实施不当一直是影响我国众多多中小企业发展的重要原因。
本文首先对质量管理在国内外的研究现状做了简要介绍，然后对我国中小企业质量管理遇到的问题及其原因进行了简要的分析。随后，介绍了无锡华尔兹科技有限公司在质量管理实施上的成功经验，分析了其在质量改进过程中的整体思路及具体方法。然后进行归纳总结，针对之前提出的中小企业在质量管理中遇到的普遍问题，在具有代表性的无锡华尔兹科技有限公司的案例中寻找对策和解决方法。为我国中小企业不断完善自身质量管理体系，研究适合我国中小企业的质量管理模式提供了参考性意见。
