摘要：自我国入世以来，外资在我国逐步造成了很大的影响，带动了我国初期经济的迅猛发展，为我国提供了良好的资金来源与技术提升。但是，随着时间的发展与技术的进步，外资现有的存在也为我国带来了一些问题的出现。本文主要阐述了外资在我国总量的状况；地区的分布以及产业分布的具体状况。同时也描述了外资在独资化以及某些行业的垄断化所带来的对我国不同产业的冲击。通过这些数据的研究分析得出外资在我国产业技术的升级作用降低，妨碍了我国产业结构的转变，同时，也不利于我国产业的合理地区分布。为此，本文针对上述所出现的状况提出了我国在此局面下应该作出的一些应对措施予以研究与讨论。

Abstract: Since China's WTO accession, foreign investment in China has gradually caused a great impact, led to the rapid development of China's early economic for China provides a good source of funds and technology upgrading. However, with time and technology progress, the foreign presence of for our country brought the emergence of a number of issues.This article focuses on the situation of foreign investment in China's total; distribution and industry distribution of the specific situation of the region. Also describes the impact on our industry brought foreign investment in the wholly-owned as well as the monopoly of certain industries. Foreign investment in China's industrial technology to upgrade the role of research and analysis of these data obtained reduced, prevented the changes in China's industrial structure, not conducive to reasonable regional distribution of industry in China. In this paper, for the emergence of the status of our country in this situation should make some response to be studied and discussed.
