摘要：中小企业是社会主义经济建设中不可缺少的一部分，在刺激经济增长，缓解就业压力，保持社会稳定和推进科技创新等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。然而，融资难的问题却制约着中小企业，发展的道路举步维艰迫使很多企业退出了市场。文章通过对中小型企业融资难的原因进行简要分析，探讨相应的解决对策。

Abstract:The small and medium-sized enterprise is an indispensable part of the construction of the socialist economy, to stimulate economic growth, alleviating employment pressure, plays a vital role in maintaining social stability and promoting innovation of science and technology. However, the financing problem is restricting the small and medium-sized enterprise development, the road difficult forced many enterprises from the market. This paper analyzes briefly the causes of small and medium enterprises financing, discusses corresponding countermeasures.
