摘要：在经济逐渐走向全球化的情况下，越来越多的企业一方面是为了摆脱相对饱和的国内市场，另一方面也是为了提升企业间竞争的优势同时在国际上寻找更好的投资机会，选择对外直接投资。21世纪以来,国际资本流动的最重要的方式就是外商直接投资（FDI），也是全球最重要的经济力量之一。本文主要概述FDI对我国经济的影响，先论述外商直接投资的概念以及我国吸引外商直接投资的原因还有FDI目前在国内的发展现状，对经济的影响，最后以韩国三星电子为典型，分析其在长三角地区的发展以及对长三角地区正面和负面的经济效应，以此来具体化外商直接投资的效应，并为以后引进外资，甚至国内企业走向国际化提供借鉴。

Abstract：Under the condition of globalization in economy, more and more enterprises on the one hand is to get rid of the domestic market relatively saturated, on the other hand is also in order to improve enterprise's competition advantage search of better investment opportunities in the world at the same time, the choice of foreign direct investment. The 21st century, the international capital flow is the most important way of foreign direct investment (FDI), it is also one of the world's most important economic forces. This paper mainly analyzed the influence of FDI to our country economy and demonstrates that the concept of foreign direct investment has been the cause of our country to attract FDI, FDI is currently in the domestic development present situation, the economic impact of, the last is typical with South Korea's Samsung electronics, analyzes its development in Yangtze river delta region and the Yangtze river delta region of positive and negative economic effects, to externalize the influence of FDI to our country economy, and for the introduction of foreign capital, and even domestic enterprises to go global.
