摘要：伴随我国加入世界贸易组织，与世界各国的经济贸易越来越重要，伴随贸易的增加，反倾销也越来越严重，面对错综复杂的贸易壁垒，我们在平时的工作，无论是政府还是企业，都应改加强反倾销的法的宣传工作。本文针对亚洲浆纸公司应对欧盟光面纸反倾销的案例，讲述了我国现阶段所遭受的反倾销案件的发展，提出了欧盟对我国发动反倾销的原因，分析了我国现阶段面临的反倾销的原因，阐述了我国以及亚洲浆纸公司应对反倾销应该采取的措施，对以后国内的企业提出了发展趋势，注意有对外出口的企业要控制好出口产品的价格水平，建立完善的反倾销调查预警机制，提高反倾销应诉率等等的应对反倾销的措施是今后应当注意的。
