摘要:随着世界贸易的蓬勃发展，中药作为贸易商品也渐渐走入国际市场。进入WTO时代后，植物类中药的国际贸易更加开放、自由。各国利用关税和传统的非关税手段来限制其贸易进口的现象已逐步减少，取而代之的是更多地采用以技术法规、标准、合格评定程序为主要形式的技术性贸易壁垒。随着世界经济地飞速发展和人民生活水平的提高，人们更加注重自身健康和生活环境的质量，对有害于人类健康和环境保护的产品加以抵制，作为一种新的非关税贸易保护手段——绿色壁垒油然而生。绿色贸易壁垒以其外表的合理性及内在的隐蔽性对我国的中药国际贸易产生了巨大影响。文章阐述了中药国际贸易中绿色壁垒的基本含义、分类、表现形式，通过对中药出口时面临的三种绿色壁垒进行分析，从积极和消极影响两个方面总结了绿色壁垒对我国中药出口的影响，并在此基础上分析了我国的对应策略。

Abstract: With the vigorous development of the world trade, traditional Chinese medicine as trade goods also gradually goes into the international market. After entering the WTO era, plants of traditional Chinese medicine is more open, free international trade. The use of tariff and traditional non-tariff measures to limit its trade import phenomenon has gradually reduce, instead more to technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment procedures as the main form of technical barriers to trade. As the world economy rapid development and the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more attention to their health and living environment quality, and harmful to human health and environmental protection products to resist, as a new non-tariff trade protection, green barrier arises spontaneously. The rationality of the green trade barrier, with its appearance and inner concealment of traditional Chinese medicine in China has a huge influence international trade. Article expounds the basic meaning of the green barriers in international trade of Chinese medicine, classification, form of expression, through to the export of Chinese medicine in the analysis of the three kinds of green barriers from two aspects of positive and negative affect green barriers on China's exports of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized, and on the basis of the analysis of the corresponding strategy of our country.
