摘要：养老保险是社会保障制度的重要组成部分，一个健全的养老保险制度的发展是保障民生，社会稳定，最根本的出发点和重点。目前，我们国家的养老保险制度体系主要是由基本、企业补充、个人储蓄性养老保险三方面组成。其中，占据我国养老保险主体地位的是基本养老保险。而作为整个基本养老保险的核心部件的又是城镇企业职工基本养老保险。因此，完善我国城镇企业职工基本养老保险制度对于我国的社会经济稳定以及社会健康发展极具研究意义。
