摘要：上世纪40年代，风险投资这个新事物第一次出现在经济领域，它的出现不仅为经济发展开辟了新道路，而且为经济的成长提供了一股强劲的动力。从上世纪80年代中期以来，我国发展风险投资已20余载，对我国经济的影响不可小视，尤其是高新技术产业。但是，与国外发达国家对比，我国的风险投资还处于萌芽时期，存在许多问题。因此，怎样解决我国风险投资成长过程中存在的问题，已成为当务之急、刻不容缓。
本文开始简短地说明了我国风险投资成长的历程和现状，紧接着剖析了我国风险投资发展中凸显的资金来源渠道缺少、风险投资方案缺乏科学性和退出机制不顺畅等问题，并在此基础上，结合我国的国情提出了拓宽风险资本来源渠道、进一步改善风险投资的外部环境以及建立通畅的退出渠道等对策。

ABSTRACT：In the 1940s, a new thing ,venture investment, came out in the economic sphere. It has offered not only a new way for the economic development, but also provided a strong power for the growth of the economy. Since the mid-1980s, venture capital has developed more than 20 years in China. It has significant impact on the economy in China ,especially on the new and high technology industries. However, compared with the developed countries, China’s venture investment is still in its infancy, there are still many problems. So how to solve the problems of China’s venture investment in its growth process has been the utmost urgency and brooks without delay.
This paper briefly describes the history and current situation of risk investment firstly, followed by the analysis of the problems of China’s risk investment in its development, such as the lack of funding channels, the lack of science in risk investment plans and slack exit mechanism. Based on the above analysis, solutions such as broadening the channels for venture capital sources, further improving the external environment of venture capital and establishing smooth exit channels are put forward combining with China’s national conditions.
