摘要:为分析毛头鬼伞提取物的抗氧化活性,对毛头鬼伞子实体的提取物,包括乙醇粗提物(ECE)、正己烷提取物(HF)、乙酸乙酯提取物(EAF)、正丁醇提取物(BF)和水相残留物(WF)的清除DPPH自由基和羟基自由基能力、还原能力、铁离子螯合能力以及总酚含量等进行了测定。结果显示,毛头鬼伞提取物的各个组分清除DPPH自由基能力、清除羟基自由基能力、还原能力、螯合金属离子能力均表现出一定的浓度依赖性;5种提取物的清除自由基能力和铁离子螯合能力具有显著差异;EAF的清除自由基能力和螯合铁离子能力最强,而HF和WF相对较低。EAF的总酚含量40.57 mg/g,最高,其次是ECE、BF、WF和HF,总酚含量分别为22.18 mg/g、13.94 mg/g、10.63 mg/g和8.75 mg/g;毛头鬼伞提取物具有较好的抗氧化活性作用。

Abstract:Coprinus comatus were extracted by ethanol, which were further extracted by hexane, ethyl acetate and butanol respectively. The antioxidant activities of ethanolic crude extract (ECE) and four solvent sub-fractions [namely, hexane fraction (HF), ethyl acetate fraction (EAF), butanol fraction(BF) and water fraction(WF)] were investigated using five different in vitro antioxidant assays, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activities, reducing power, hydroxyl radical scavenging activities, chelating ability and total phenols (TP) content. The results showed that DPPH radical scavenging activities, reducing power, hydroxyl radical scavenging activities, chelating ability and superoxide anion scavenging activities of the Coprinus comatus extracts were dependent on their concentrations. EAF showed the most potent capacity for scavenging DPPH and chelating iron ion, the HF and WF is relatively low residue. TP content of EAF was 40.57 mg / g. TP content of ECE, BF, WF and HF was 22.18 mg / g, 13.94 mg / g, 10.63 mg / g and 8.75 mg / g, respectively.
