摘要:目的:研究鼠曲草黄酮对糖尿病小鼠抗氧化系统的调节作用。方法:采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素法构建小鼠糖尿病模型,观察连续3周灌胃不同剂量鼠曲草黄酮对糖尿病小鼠血清和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和脂肪酸过氧化物的降解产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果:与正常组相比,糖尿病模型组小鼠的抗氧化能力显著降低,鼠曲草黄酮可显著增强糖尿病小鼠抗氧化酶SOD、CAT、GSH-Px的活性以及T-AOC的水平同时降低MDA的含量。结论:鼠曲草黄酮具有提高糖尿病小鼠抗氧化能力的作用。

Abstract:Objective: The objective of this paper was to study the activities of Gnaphalium affine D.Don flavonoids on antioxidant capacity in diabetic mice. Method: Diabetes was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin in mice. The changes of CAT, SOD, GSH-Px, T-AOC and the MDA in plasma and liver of mice were examined. Results: Compared with normal mice group, the antioxidant capacities of diabetic mice were significantly reduced. The levels of SOD, CAT, GSH-Px and T-AOC of Gnaphalium affine flavonoids group were significantly increased, and the level of MDA remarkably decreased. Inclusion: The Gnaphalium affine flavonoids could effectively ameliorate the antioxidant capabilities of diabetic mice.
