摘要：社会体育是中国高等体育教育的一部分，在促进全民健身和弘扬体育文化等方面有着不可或缺的作用，作为当代社会培养出来的社会体育专业的毕业生们，他们在就业方面遇到的困难和挑战，值得我们大家的深思。本文通过对社会体育毕业生就业因素的调查与分析，运用问卷调查法、统计法、访谈法、比较法等，对影响社会体育专业毕业生的因素给出客观实际的描述，分析影响他们就业的外部因素和内部因素，并根据调研结果提出合理的建议，希望能对毕业生们提供一定的帮助。

Abstract:Social sports is part of China's higher education, sports in promoting national fitness and carry forward the sports culture has indispensable role, as a contemporary society developed social sports professional graduates, they met in employment difficulty and challenge, is worth us everybody's attention. 开展对影响社会体育就业因素的研究，对于体育院校学生认清当前的就业形势，使院校的结构继续完善以增加适应社会需求和科技发展潮流的课程具有重要的现实意义。体育院校的教育长期以来存在着学科与术科的矛盾，所学知识与社会需求之间的矛盾。学院的专业结构还停留在过去的水平，变化相应较少，不能满足市场的要求。因此，社会体育专业学生应加强自身专业技能的学习，达到一专多能。学院应该结合专业特点适当延长实习时间，进一步加强与实习点的合作，加强对学生实习工作的监督和指导，建立完备的实习效果评价体系。该课题的研究对社体专业学生认识其自身特点，完善社会体育工作机制，并帮助发展群众体育有着重要的现实意义。
