摘要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等科研方法，对南师大课外体育俱乐部现状进行调研，分别对学生体育意识、运动习惯、课外体育指导情况、学生对课外体育俱乐部的态度及实际活动情况、课外体育俱乐部的管理状况等方面进行系统分析并寻找对策，为课外体育俱乐部的改革和学校课外体育发展提供参考。

Abstract: By means of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, study the current situation of extracurricular sports club in Nanjing Normal University. Through respectively researching students’ sporting sense, exercise habits, extracurricular physical guidance condition, the students’ attitude toward extra-curricular sports clubs, the actual operation status and the management of extracurricular sports club to find measures to promote the healthy and orderly development of the extracurricular sporting activities in Nanjing Normal University in order to offer reference for the reform of extra-curricular sports clubs and the development of school extra-curricular sports.

课外体育活动是指学生在体育课以外从事的各种体育活动,既包括学生在校内外有目的、有计划、有组织地参加体育活动,又包括学生自发参与的一切校内外体育活动。课外活动作为学校体育的延伸和拓展，对于培养学生体育兴趣与爱好，掌握和运用健身技能与方法，发展学生个性，丰富学生课余文化生活具有积极的促进作用。
通过查阅体育期刊文献、书籍、法律法规以及实地考察等方式，收集整理相关资料，设计调查问卷，以南师大08级到10级学生作为样本，兼顾学科、男女比例等因素进行问卷调查。共发放问卷200份，回收问卷194份，有效问卷194份，回收率和有效率均为97%。
问卷回收后，运用SPSS数据统计软件对问卷数据进行数理统计，并结合实地考察结果以及笔者参与课外体育俱乐部的管理经验进行综合分析。
