摘要:今天，网球赛事在全球的影响力越来越大，网球运动近年来飞速发展，尤其是以高校网球发展最为迅速。国内体育院校及各种高等院校开展网球课程大约为十多年，近年来网球专项学生和网球选修学生也急剧增加。网球运动中底线正手技术是网球各项技术中最基本的，也是使用率最高的，并且底线正手技术掌握和运用的好坏，直接反映运动员网球技术水平的高低，也对其比赛的胜负结果产生深远影响。而通过对底线正手击球节奏的专门练习，培养学生的底线正手击球节奏意识，提高网球底线正手击球节奏的教学方法和手段，进一步提高网球教学的质量和水平。所以本文选择网球运动中底线正手技术最为研究内容。本文首先对网球运动的价值及网球节奏的研究现状进行阐述；接着通过调查问卷方式分析正手击球节奏教学的现状；在此基础上，对采用底线正手击球节奏练习的优势和击球节奏的培养方法进行阐述；最后从四个方面对底线正手击球节奏在教学中的运用提出建议。
