摘要:本研究以麻栗坡县第一中学武术教学现状为研究对象，运用文献资料法，访谈法，问卷调查法等研究方法对麻栗坡县第一中学武术教学进行调查与分析，剖析了武术教学在麻栗坡一中的普及，弘扬和开展因素。结果显示，当前开展武术教学受阻的主要原因是师资力量缺乏，教材不完善，器材紧缺，教学内容安排不合理，教师及学生的认识情况匪浅，领导不够重视等因素，使武术较其他运动项目具有明显的滞后性，并就其原因提出解决的办法，以便更好地推动武术运动在中学的持续发展。

ABSTRACT:This research take the MaLipo county first school martial arts teaching present situation as the object of study, using the method of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, analysis and other methods of MaLipo county first school martial arts teaching investigation and analysis, analysis of martial arts teaching in MaLipo in a popular, carrying forward and developing factors. The results show, the current Wushu teaching is main reason is a lack of qualified teachers, teaching materials is not perfect, equipment shortage, unreasonable arrangement of teaching content, teachers and students' understanding of the situation a lot, not enough attention to the leadership and other factors, the martial arts than any other sport has apparent lag sex, and its causes and propose solutions, in order to promote the sustainable development of martial arts in middle school.

青少年学习武术主要来源于学校的教育，因此在中学开展和普及武术教学，能够让更多的青少年学习武术，培养和锻炼他们的意志，也是缓解学生因学习其他文化课程所带来的一些压力的好的渠道。让初中学生学习武术能够促进其德智体的和谐发展，在学校教育中加强武术教学也能促进学校教育的健康发展，更是能够弘扬优秀的传统体育文化，培养崇敬尚德，自强不息的民族精神。《中小学开展弘扬和培育民族精神教育实施纲要》中指出：中小学体育课应适当增加武术课等内容。武术是具有我国独特民族风格和思想文化内涵的传统体育项目，是传承民族文化，培育和弘扬民族精神的重要载体，其内容丰富多彩，具有增强体质、培养意志、训练格斗技能等功能，又不受时间、场地器械、年龄性别等限制。武术作为中小学体育教学内容的重要组成部分，但时至今日，其教育状况不容乐观，被誉为国粹的中华武术在中小学面临着严峻挑战，亟待进行一场全面的革命。
但是，当前麻栗坡县第一中学武术教学很不规范，不少学校在进行武术教学时，只注重“教师教，学生学”，为主的传统教学形式，其方法单一，教学老化，缺乏运用现代体育教学手段与优秀传统教学方法相结合来激发学生的学习兴趣和扩大知识面，在教学中缺乏利用民族传统体育的功能和特点来积极引导，激励和帮助学生提炼知识，发挥学生自我学习的主导作用和自我锻炼能力，拓展学用结合思路，武术是学校体育的重要组成部分，是提高中学生身体素质的重要手段之一，现如今武术在麻栗坡第一中学开展却不尽如人意，就麻栗坡第一中学武术教学进行现状调查，揭示武术在学校体育教学中的重要作用，主要是弄清事实，分析原因，提出对策，为麻栗坡县第一中学武术教学的良性发展提供理论依据。
