摘要：湖南卫视为配合奥运而启动的《智勇大冲关》是一档趣味体育户外竞技节目,国家广电总局将《智勇大冲关》作为创新创优典型节目形态向全国推介。由此我国的小型体育集会由照搬的《城市之间》开始了本土化的运作，事实证明我们社会主义物质文明与精神文明的建设过程中这样的事物是很有作用的。因为他的存在有着很积极的意义，我们需要鼓励其发展。同时我们又不能忽略他在发展过程中可能遇到的种种问题，我们必须正面这些问题，立足于解决他们，更好的为我国社会主义建设提供帮助。

长期以来，我国群众体育运动存在着“场地缺乏、运动内容不科学、积极程度不够”局面，但小型运动集会为代表的新兴群众运动组织模式的异军突起，有力而有效地改变了我国群众健身体育运动这一尴尬局面。群众健身自古就在民间大量存在，但让群众熟知的参与方式却十分有限。近几年来。小型运动集会牢牢地树立在我国社会主义《全民健身纲要》的精神要求之下，并努力破茧，得到了所有群众的一致认可，并且获得了国家相关部门的一致好评和推介，这无疑是其的成功的证明。同时这也更让群众健身对小型运动集会提出更高的期待，小型运动集会还很年轻，正处于发展的盛年，需要花更多的时间来沉淀自己，把小型运动集会当做精致的“艺术品”来发展，她的组织方式和运动内容作还有很大的艺术发展空间与审美力度。
