摘要：跆拳道是一项历史悠久的时尚体育运动，近年来，跆拳道在世界及我国发展迅猛，练习人群不断扩大，特别深受青少年喜爱。它具有很高的强身健体及防身自卫的实用价值，同时跆拳道还有着丰富的精神内涵，它可以培养人坚忍不拔的意志和谦逊有礼的态度。跆拳道运动在江宁高校有着良好的群众基础，种种迹象表明跆拳道运动已经在江宁高校蓬勃发展起来。然而跆拳道在江宁高校中的开展状况却不容乐观。
