摘 要:舞龙运动是我国传统体育项目，具有悠久的历史和浓厚的群众基础。近年来，高校舞龙队伍越来越多，水平越来越高。本论文对舞龙运动的起源和发展进行了概述，通过对舞龙运动的社会特性和功能价值的研究，从而体现出舞龙运动所具有的健身娱乐、教育和表演功能，对高校舞龙现状以及对舞龙运动的功能及价值进行了分析，对其在XX学院成立舞龙协会的有利条件进行了探讨。

ABSTRACT:Dragon Dancing is a traditional sport in China, has a long history and a strong mass base. In recent years, more and more universities dragon dance team, the level is getting higher and higher. This article provides an overview of the origin and development of the dragon dance movement, social features and functionality of the value of the dragon dance movement, which reflects the dragon sports for fitness and recreation, education, and performing functions. The dragon and the status quo of colleges and universities, as well as the dragon dance movement function and value analysis, and discussed its favorable conditions for the dragon and the Association was established in the Red River College.

舞龙作为云南非物质文化遗产之一，没能得到更好的推广，甚至于许多人不知道有这样的舞龙运动，更不知道它是需要大家去传承保护的非物质文化遗产。但通过合理地运用学校资源，在当地学校里传承，让更多的人去懂它、认识它、学习它。不仅在一定程度下起到了保护非物质文化的作用，而且在活动中可以促进自身的体育健康锻炼，也使学生学到本民族的文化精髓。用这样的方式向广大学生及大众揭示和传播民间文化遗产，不仅可以转变为一种民族精神，还能对社会起到积极作用。利用红河学院的地理优势、民族特点，开展舞龙运动，并将其引入学校成立舞龙协会，不但可以增强学生体质，而且可以培养学生的团队协作精神，改善学生的精神面貌。有朝气有活力的学生形象，对于当地经济，学校有利而无一害。更为保护非物质文化遗产，培养大学生民族意识，弘扬民族精神，增强大学生体质起到了很大的作用。
