摘 要:板鞋竞速运动是一项具有浓郁传统文化特色的运动，它的兴起与发展对民族地区的文化传承、人民身体健康、各民族之间的交流和沟通具有重要的意义。为了板鞋竞速运动能在红河州健康、可持续发展和向高校推广，丰富高校校园文化体系，加强高校间的交流与合作。本文运用文献资料法等研究方法，对红河州板鞋竞速运动的发展现状、以及影响板鞋竞速运动发展的因素进行调查与分析，得出红河州板鞋竞速运动在发展过程中组织与竞赛资金匮乏、政府对板鞋竞速运动项目重视不足、板鞋竞速运动的竞技体系发展不完善等因素是制约该项目发展的不利因素等问题。并针对这些问题找出发展对策，使红河州板鞋竞速运动的开展更加完善。

And in the light of these problems to development strategies BanXie honghe racing the development of the movement to be more perfect.
