摘要:在现今的我国，因为道德缺失和利益驱使所引起的种种不正当竞争行为严重妨害了市场竞争秩序的健康有序发展，甚至成为构建和谐社会的障碍。我想改为“我国现时不正当竞争法律规制还存在许多不足。研究不正当竞争行为的法律规制，是我们建设良好的社会主义市场环境的前提。本文从完善我国不正当竞争行为法律规制的必要性出发，分析我国不正当竞争行为法律规制的主要问题，并借鉴国外不有正当竞争行为法律规制的成功经验，提出完善我国不正当竞争行为法律规制的建议。

Abstract:In modern China, the various acts of unfair competition caused by moral failure and motivated serious prejudice to the healthy and orderly development of the order of market competition, and even become obstacles to building a harmonious society. Now in China the unfair competition there is lack of the legal regulations, the unfair competition law regulation is our country the construction of a sound socialist market environment of premise. From the need to improve the legal regulation of the Unfair Competition analysis of the main problems of the Legal Regulation of Unfair Competition, and learn from the successful experience of the legal regulation of foreign acts of unfair competition, a complete set of Legal Regulation of Unfair Competition recommendations.

我国不正当竞争行为法律规制在规制不正当竞争行为中起到了重要作用。该法律规制对维护社会主义市场经济秩序，保护经营者和消费者的合法权益，发挥了重要作用。然而，随着我国市场经济的深入发展和市场竞争的日益激烈化和多样化，现有的不正当竞争行为的法律规制越来越显现出缺陷性，造成了竞争主体与消费者的合法权益得不到周全的保护，以及市场经济秩序的不稳定。为此，我国不正当竞争的法律规制有待完善。
