摘要:21世纪是个经济、文化、思想、技术快速发展的时代,市场上的竞争激烈残酷,各行各业的经营者绞尽脑汁促使企业发展壮大,从起初用目光短浅的生产结果来推动企业发展,转变到用先进的知识技能提高管理效率、增加企业价值。现今,企业家们把目光锁定到了人才竞争的焦点上,因为现代企业竞争的重点在于对人才的发掘、培养与保留。面对公平开放的市场,中小民营企业在市场的人才竞争上,处于劣势:人才流失的频率居高不下。所以,尽力降低人才的流失率,发掘并保留企业人才已成为民营企业管理者的重点工作内容。本研究期望通过对实习企业的人才流失状况为例,由小及大的探讨在中小型民营企业人才流失的现状、原因以及对策,通过对所实习过的企业的人力资源管理者和工作人员进行深入访谈,在充分分析实际问题的基础上为该企业的人才流失现状的调查提供参考。
